A Mentor is a trusted counsellor or a guide. A person who has vested interests in our success who supports, advises & guides us by using his / her skills and life experiences. He / she guides us in our progress that could be on a professional or a personal level. A Mentor is your personal navigator who shares knowledge, skills & life experiences to guide us or a group of people progress and gives us life perspective. Mentoring is a process of providing guidance, advice & continued support that will help us in our learning & developmental process.

and who will support and encourage you to achieve your goals in life. A mentor
helps you succeed in your life. An ideal mentor you need is the one who has the
knowledge, experience and the results in the area that you intend to progress
and need guidance. Its always better to have a Mentor who has walked the path
